As school holiday time approaches, families across Nottinghamshire are set to have a fun-filled half term thanks to plenty of activities and events to help keep the kids entertained.
With the weather set to get warmer, here’s some top tips of things to do to help plan for the coming May half-term:
Councillor Scott Carlton, Cabinet Member for Communities and Public Health at Nottinghamshire County Council, said:
“Nottinghamshire has so many fantastic activities and events to offer this May half term, all of which are suitable for a variety of age groups. Whether it’s a day filled with canoeing and zip wire or a trip to one of our scenic country parks, I’ve no doubt that there will be something for everyone to take part in and enjoy.
“Don’t forget to take photos and share your adventures with us on social media by using the hashtag #ExploreNotts. We can’t wait to see what everyone gets up to this school holiday!”.
