Heart 2 Heart Evening Support Group

If you, a friend, a family member or someone you care for lives with any form of heart condition, then look no further than Heart 2 heart. We are a local group run patients, carers and health care professionals and together we invite you to come along and share your experiences while listening to guest speakers. We host support groups on the last Tuesday of every month, and everyone is welcome to come along, have a cuppa and a Heart 2 Heart.
