Boots and Beret Awards 2025

The finalists for this year's Boots and Beret Awards have been announced.

The ceremony will take place at the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Nottingham on Thursday 11 September and will once again celebrate the tireless dedication, commitment and service within Nottinghamshire’s Armed Forces' community.

This year’s categories and finalists are:

  • Reservist – Pauline Murray-Knight, Anita Jackson.
  • Inspiration – Rick Harrington, Nicky Weston, Michelle Welsh.
  • Employer – Vision West Notts College, Nottingham Health Care NHS Foundation Trust, Nottingham Rugby.
  • Employee – Andy Hardy, Alison Thomas, Krystyna Robinson.
  • Health and Wellbeing – Amanda Morledge, Newark Patriotic.
  • Community – Seaforth Highlanders, Veterans Unite, Forces in the Community.
  • Projects and Events – Worksop RBL, Ashfield Together, OP Heritage.
  • Cadet Forces Adult Volunteer – Rachel Needham, Connor Goulding, Simon Cullen.
