Report a Trading Standards Consumer Issue

This form will allow you to report the following issues:

  • Doorstep Cold Callers and Rogue Traders
  • Other Cold Callers (Phone, Mail, Whatsapp, etc)
  • Underage sale of ANY age restricted product
  • Sales of suspect counterfeit alcohol, cigarettes or e-cigarettes (vapes)
  • An animal health Issue
  • Unsafe consumer products
  • Issues with traders selling used cars
  • Traders providing goods and services which are not of satisfactory quality
  • Products short measures by weight and/or volume
  • Environmental issues
  • Animal Feed / Pet Food Issues
  • Issues with food - some things MUST be reported to your district council

The incident should have taken place in Nottinghamshire

You should not use this form to report the following:

  • Food poisoning, poor hygiene and or a foreign object in food
  • Flytipping
