This service is for

CON29 search requests enable members of the public, land owners, solicitors and developers  to find out if any Public Rights of Way affect their property.

You will need

  • the full address of the property/location
  • an Ordnance Survey plan for your search area
  • a reference number
  • your credit/debit card for payment.

What will happen next

Once the form has been submitted we will aim to return your search response to your email address within 3 to 5 working days. Please be aware that this may vary in busy periods.
