Publication Scheme

We are committed to transparency and providing access to information about how decisions are made, how we spend money and how we deliver services. These pages list the type of information we make readily available, either on the website or on request, and reflect the requirements of the Information Commissioner's Model Publication Scheme [PDF].

Publications available on our website are free to copy. Where there are charges we indicate that and highlight which documents there is a charge for. Please see our Schedule of Charges [PDF]. If you have any problems or would rather have paper copies of documents, you should contact our Customer Service Centre. This also applies if you require audio tapes, Braille copies and translations of some information. We will do our best to get the information to you in the format you need.
