Sutton Community Academy

As chair person of this setting I would like to nominate the fantastic manager and team for all their hard work and dedication to the setting. As of late lots of things have had to be put in place (pandemic) to keep the staff and children safe, along with various changes in the EYFS. This can have huge impacts, but the manager has worked extremely hard to maintain exceptional levels of professionalism within the team to standards required well as making sure the setting is run smoothly. The team alongside the manager have so much passion and commitment for the children on role ensuring they meet targets for their age and abilities, taking on board any specific religions, disabilities issues/concerns should they arise. They have great bonds with children/parents that attend, making sure they feel comfortable coming to preschool and help to nurture them in preparation for primary school. I think they deserve this chance to be recognised for all the hard work they put into the setting
