Nottinghamshire County Council's ICT Services is a ‘not-for-profit’ organisation, providing access to a comprehensive range of MIS support services and managed service products. As a Public Services Network (PSN) Certified Authority, our ICT Services are committed to providing reliable, sustainable, value for money and assured services to our customers.

NCC ICT MIS Service Support Team

Helping Schools, Academies and Multi Academy Trusts to achieve the most effective use and best value for money from their SIMS, ScholarPack or Arbor MIS software. Supporting schools with using FMS in partnership with the Nottinghamshire Schools Finance Team.

NCC ICT Services have been providing MIS support to schools and academies for almost 30 years. We offer professional, friendly and knowledgeable expertise and our highly responsive service desk provides assistance when you need it most.

We have excellent working relationships with our MIS partners, ESS SIMS, ScholarPack and Arbor. Our SIMS Centre of Excellence, ScholarPack and Arbor approved Support Partner Accreditation provides schools with an unbiased and flexible choice for their chosen MIS. 

Our service provision includes:

  • Flexible and direct access to the School Service Desk for school staff via telephone, webchat and email
  • Fast response times and a high level of calls resolved at the first point of contact
  • Knowledgeable support for statutory processes and data returns
  • Access  to SIMS, ScholarPack and Arbor online training library and webinars to support statutory processes
  • Access to live MIS demonstration events to enhance your use of your MIS
  • Open invitation to join our MIS user focus group termly meetings
  • Access to our MIS support pages found on the ICT Pages via the NCC school portal, providing information, guidance, useful links, helpful hints and tips and much more!
