NCC ICT Services have been providing MIS support to schools and academies for almost 25 years. We offer professional, friendly and knowledgeable expertise and our highly responsive service desk provides assistance when you need it most.

We have excellent working relationships with our MIS partners, Capita SIMS and ScholarPack. Our SIMS Centre of Excellence and ScholarPack Approved Support Partner Accreditation provides schools with an unbiased and flexible choice for their chosen MIS. 

Our Service provision includes:

  • a range of support options to suit both maintained and academy schools
  • flexible and direct access to the school service desk for school staff via the telephone, webchat and email
  • fast response times and a high level of calls resolved at the first point of contact
  • knowledgeable support for statutory processes and data returns
  • availability to both SIMS and ScholarPack users to attend webinars to support statutory processes and enhance use of their MIS
  • open invitation to join our MIS user focus group termly meetings
  • access to our MIS support pages found on the ICT Pages via the NCC school portal, providing information, guidance, useful links helpful hints and tips and much more!
