You can still keep fit during lockdown, and get your children involved too:

- NHS get fit for free ideas
You can get out of the house for exercise, as long as you take sensible precautions like keeping your distance from other people - remember 'hands, face, space' - and follow the national guidance on exercise, keeping to your local area (stay in the village, town, or part of the city where you live).
