The Railway Children Preschool

We are a small setting with eight members of staff.  We moved to new premises 3 years ago and at the time we were very close to closing due to lack of children.  At the time we only had five staff members. However, we pulled together and worked hard to make the new premises the best that we could and slowly the numbers built up until we needed to employ more staff and we are now full to capacity. They all work extremely hard and hardly ever complain even during some of the toughest times (covid included).

We have an excellent reputation in our local area and it’s all down to the dedication of all the individuals that work here.  I consider myself very lucky to be a part of this team and cannot pick out an individual as they all have their strengths that they bring to the team.
