Enchanted Garden Day Nursery

The Tribe is the whole nursery as everyone works together to make an amazing place to not only to work but the great opportunities for children to learn and thrive. As the pandemic started the nursery had to change too, new IT was brought in so that we could record information and for parents to access. Everyone supported each other learning the new system. Staff left and new staff joined having to learn the ethos of the nursery and being an outdoor setting with animals, veggie patches and gardens. Teams within the tribe were formed supported by management and each team. Regular meetings each week keep the teams planning new opportunities with the children.
Over the last few years it has been tough with covid, illnesses of children and staff but everyone has supported and gone the extra mile to keep the nursery open and the children happy and smiling.
A big thank you should go to the parents of the children who have been supportive of the nursery and to the changes.

 

Despite the outbreaks and difficulty running they always provide an outstanding service, and our children can’t wait to attend. They also went out of their way to help when I got left in the lurch by work needing childcare 2 weeks before new term, over Christmas and during funding application time. Couldn’t be more grateful.

 

The whole team at this setting are incredible, supportive, compassionate and mostly importantly for the little ones, passionately fun!!! I can't thank them enough for supporting our son on his preschool journey.

 

When my child had a injury they contacted me straight away and made me aware of this. They passed on to each staff what has happened and how they have helped the child.

 

Brill communication also pass messages. Cares for the children as a whole and supports each other.

 

The under 2’s team are a friendly and excellent bunch. My boy always has a brilliant day.
