If you witness abuse or neglect don't ignore it, contact us as soon as possible. We may need to contact you about your concern and without these details we may not be able to progress. If you are concerned about anonymity then call us. Abuse can happen anywhere - in a residential or nursing home, a hospital, in the workplace, a day centre or educational establishment, in supported housing, in the street or the person's own home. Due to the current situation with Covid-19 and the high volume of referrals that the MASH is receiving, please only telephone the MASH if your referral is urgent, requiring a Social Worker to visit the adult today.

For referrals that are not urgent, please submit an online form, which will be read on the working day of receipt.
