Proofs of evidence and associated documents
The Secretary of State by way of letter date 7 January 2019 gave notice of his intention to call a Public Inquiry to consider the objections to The Nottinghamshire County Council (B684 to A612 Link Road) A6211 Gedling Access Road (Side Roads) Order 2018 ("SRO"); and The Nottinghamshire County Council (Gedling Access Road) Compulsory Purchase Order 2018 ("CPO") (the SRO and CPO together being the “Orders”). The Inquiry will commence on 11 June 2019 at 10am. The Inquiry will be held at the St Georges Centre, 91 Victoria Road, Netherfield, Nottingham NG4 2NN.

The Inquiry is to hear representations from remaining objectors (as defined in the Compulsory Purchase (Inquiries Procedure) Rules 2007), statutory objectors (as defined in the Highways (Inquiries Procedure) Rules 1994), from any other persons having an interest in the land the subject of the Compulsory Purchase Order and, at his discretion, to hear representations from any other persons who may desire to appear and be heard.
