Blue Badge replacement

If your badge or clock has been lost, stolen or damaged beyond use you can request a replacement

This service is for

Existing badge holders who need to replace a current badge.  New applicants and badge holders with expired badges should complete an application online. 

You will need

Your card to make an online payment of £10 for a replacement badge. If you only need a clock you can request this for free.

What will happen next

You will receive your replacement within one week.

If you prefer to complete a paper form please contact the customer service team  who will post a copy to you.

Please be aware, if you complete a paper form you will be contacted to complete a £10 payment for a badge over the phone as we no longer accept cheques or postal orders.
