We would like to take the opportunity to advise schools regarding our commitment to the availability of our School ICT Service Desk. Our School Service desk will be open as normal during the school holiday periods*. This allows easy access to support and guidance for our schools during the working day and offering timely and informative responses to be provided. (*exception of Christmas week)
Our telephone lines are available from 8 am to 5 pm, Monday to Thursday and 8 am to 4.30 pm on Fridays.
