Optimum Workforce Leadership

Bringing out the best in the health and social care workforce.

OWL learning events

To help you bring out the best in your workforce Optimum has designed the following schedule of events to meet your identified learning and development needs.

This schedule has been compiled with content provided by experts in their subject areas.  These include Optimum’s Stakeholder Board representatives, other health and social care partners and key people from the Care Providers Community of Practice.

You will find a range of events below, all of which are being organised and run by OWL. These include Champions workshops that have been designed to support ongoing learning and development responsibilities in your care setting, Managers Network Meetings to share best practice, conferences and themed events that include launch events for projects that have received funding.

Wherever possible Optimum seek funding to be able to bring these opportunities to health and social care employers within Nottinghamshire at no cost. Where there is a charge for an event this is shown on the description.
