County Council Chairman's engagements for week commencing 10 December

County Council Chairman, Coun Mrs Sue Saddington is will be joining in the Christmas spirit as she prepares to attend a number of seasonal activities this week (w/c 10 December 2018).

On Monday 10 December, the Chairman will be attending ‘An Inspired Christmas Concert’ at the Royal Concert Hall, where she will enjoy performances by talented young singers from Nottinghamshire schools organised by Inspire.

On Tuesday 11 December, the Chairman will be attending the annual Nottingham City Civic Carol Service at St Mary’s Church, High Pavement, which is hosted by the Lord Mayor.

Wednesday 12 December will see the Chairman attending a Citizenship Ceremony at Mansfield Registration Office.

On Thursday 13 December Councillor Mrs Sue Saddington will be chairing a meeting of Full Council at County Hall.

On Friday 14 December, the Chairman will be attending a Christmas show at Oakfield School in Nottingham, and later that evening will be a Charity Christmas Event at Muskham Rural Community Centre.

On Saturday 15 December the Chairman will be visiting the Rotary Club of Newark Castle’s Santa’s Grotto, in the Butter Market, seeing Santa and his helpers at work.

That afternoon, the Chairman will visit Greens Windmill in Nottingham to join in the carol singing and Christmas activities. 

On Sunday 16 December the Chairman will attend the Rushcliffe Borough Council Civic Carol Service.

The Chairman will conclude the week’s activities by attending the annual Cantamus Christmas Concert in Mansfield later that evening.
