Council launches annual satisfaction survey
Local people are being invited to have their say on what they think about their area as a place to live, council services and what should be prioritised as part of Nottinghamshire County Council’s annual resident survey.
The survey launches this week and is available for any Nottinghamshire resident or business to complete at www.nottinghamshire.gov.uk/residentssurvey by 10 December 2018. Printed copies are available to pick up from all of Nottinghamshire’s 60 libraries.
Face-to-face street surveys with more than 1,000 people are also being carried out by independent polling company, Enventure Research. They will carry out the interviews at public locations across the county between now and 10 December.
Responses to the survey will be considered by county councillors and used to help set spending priorities for council services.
Councillor Kay Cutts, Leader of Nottinghamshire County Council said: "Our aim is to provide the best possible, value-for-money services to our residents and businesses – but to do this we really need people to share their views on how we’re doing, what we could do better and what they want to see from our services in the future.
"Every response we receive is important and will help influence how we develop policies, improve services and find new ways to work more effectively and efficiently."
