'Reflections of a Queen Meets the Kings!' This FREE well-being event will take place on Saturday the 16 of March from 12pm-5pm and will consist of workshops including: - mental health - positive parenting - debt & money advice - healthy relationships - working together  - building support networks As well as motivational speakers the day will also include a fashion show, netball/football/basketball tournaments, food for sale, local stalls where individuals and groups can showcase their talents/small enterprises, beauty treatments, free health/beauty products and a drama production. It will be a time of reflection, empowerment, community oneness and support for making informed decisions. There will be qualified counsellors and professionals who will deliver the workshops and who will also be available on the day. There will also be an opportunity on the day for signposting to additional services should the need arise.
