In the run-up to the announcement of the Baileys Women's Prize for Fiction 2016, our panel chat about the shortlisted books live on stage. Don't miss it as we celebrate the best in women's writing at this exciting event for book lovers!

Our panel of fabulous women writers:

Sarah Ward - crime fiction writer, reviewer, blogger and our host for this event. Sarah’s debut novel In Bitter Chill is set in the Derbyshire Peak District where she lives, and the sequel, A Deadly Thaw, will be published in September. She is also one of the judges for The Petrona Award for the Best Scandinavian Crime Novel.

Megan Taylor – Nottingham-based writer whose first novel How We Were Lost was published by Flame Books in 2007 and is described as dark coming of age novel. She is also the author behind The Dawning, a domestic thriller set over the course of a single night, and The Lives of Ghosts, which plays with ideas of inheritance and motherhood, and the haunting power of memories that refuse to be suppressed.

Aly Stoneman  - poet, arts project coordinator and Poetry Editor at Leftlion Magazine. Aly won the 2015 Buxton Poetry Prize and is a commissioned poet for the Lyric Lounge and Guardian award-winning project Dawn of The Unread.
