Pay for post-16 travel assistance


A bus pass will not be issued until a part or full payment is made

Season pass can be paid in full or in three instalments:

  • 1st payment – upon receipt of offer letter
  • 2nd payment – by 1 December
  • 3rd payment – by 1 March

Please note, failure to pay a 2nd or 3rd instalment will render the pass invalid and usual travel charges will apply

Half fare pass must be paid in full upon receipt of offer letter.

Please wait to receive your application outcome letter before you make a payment.  The letter will indicate what assistance you have been granted and how much you are required to pay (if applicable).

What will happen next

This is a short form which should only take a few minutes to complete.

For new applicants, once you have submitted a payment, if you haven’t already received the travel pass, we aim to post these out within 10 working days. For renewal, your current pass will be updated and a receipt letter issued.

Please note that until you have received the pass, usual travel charges will apply.
