Head teacher appraisal - Zoom Training Session
During the booking process you may notice Eventbrite describing the course as free. This is specific to Eventbrite and means that delegates do not have to pay when booking. The courses are not free. If your governing board subscribes to the Learning and Development programme through Services for Schools , access to all courses is free. If your board does not subscribe we will charge the school for each course you attend. If you are not sure whether your board subscribes or not please check with your Chair, Training Co-ordinator or school finance manager.

–the context for HT appraisal
–the roles and responsibilities of the:
- governing board
- appraisal governors
- quality assurance governor
- headteacher
–the role of the External Adviser in supporting the appraisal governors
–the process of the HT’s appraisal and the annual appraisal cycle.
