The service directory for Children, Families and Cultural Services is designed as a useful reference guide, allowing professionals across the public and voluntary sector to understand what we do.
The Directory includes service descriptions for each area of the department and contact details to allow readers to learn more and/or access a particular service. It also documents the buildings and estates we use to help deliver our services and consolidates useful contacts throughout the department.
The Service Directory is complemented by a directory of schools and is part of our approach to improving access to services and resolving issues at the first point of contact. It will be periodically updated to reflect changes in contact details and improvements in practice.
