1.0 Alternative Views
As an alternative to the standard interactive javascript based calendar a non-java and printable views available
To view the non-java or printable views, select the relevant link beneath the page title.
1.1 Interactive Calendar
1.1.1 Changing the View
| 1. | These links will switch the calendar view to display one day, week, month or a continuous timeline at any time. |
| 2. | These two arrows will allow you to move forwards or backwards one day, week or month depending on which view you have activated. |
| 3. | This will reset the calendar to center around today's date. |
| 4. | This downwards arrow allows you to select a day on which to center the calendar. |
| 5. | This shows the currently displayed day/week/month. |
1.1.2 Selecting a Meeting
If there is a meeting scheduled to take place on a given day, it will be displayed as an appointment in the calendar. To view details of the meeting double-click on this appointment.
