County House, Mansfield Registration Office
One of Nottinghamshire’s most popular wedding venues, County House in Mansfield stands proud as a prominent ceremony venue. Built from Mansfield stone, and once a wealthy gentleman’s residence, County House has retained many original features including a large and impressive oak panelled room (Oakdale Suite), now used for various types of ceremonies.
The beautiful Oakdale Suite comfortably seats 70 and is popular with couples because of its generous size, noble feel and traditional décor.
The Gallery is the Mansfield venue of choice for those wishing to have a small, intimate ceremony. With seating for 20 people (including the couple and their two witnesses), the room provides a less formal atmosphere.
To the front of the building, there is a large lawned garden with a backdrop of mature chestnut trees, providing an ideal setting for photographs.
