We are keen to get the views of our staff, service users and carers to learn from their expertise and knowledge. We also want to hear from current and potential providers to learn from their insight, experience and good practice. Due to the Covid-19 pandemic some staff have already been moved to support other services. As we are still in a pandemic your place of work may change to ensure continuity of frontline services.
All activities need to be in line with Government guidelines on keeping people safe. During the Covid-19 pandemic new activities have come on board which we may want to incorporate into the future delivery of day opportunities such as using on-line technology and more community-based activities.
There are no staff changes or job losses currently planned. As the day opportunities strategy develops, we will keep you updated on what this means for you.
