Support from your organisation

All of the Teaching Partnership’s employer organisations have intranet resources that are tailored to provide support and signposting around health and well-being issues – whether those issues are impacting on their work or on their well-being.

Whilst we obviously can’t provide direct links to each organisation’s intranet site – we have provided some guidance below, on where to find support information for each organisation

In all instances, you will need to access the homepage of the organisation’s intranet site first.

The Wellbeing Centre provides information and guidance to help you look after your wellbeing during your time at University.

From the home page, view our health and wellbeing resources.

From the home page, type ‘EAP’. This will take you to information about the Employee Assistance Programme including phone and on-line access for staff and their families.

Framework are also running a pilot ‘Wellbeing Practitioner’ role. Assessment, support and treatment are available via line manger referral to HR.

From the home page, staff will need to search for ‘Health and Wellbeing’
