Pay your civil ceremony balance, pre-order marriage or civil partnership certificate and order extras
If you are getting married in Nottinghamshire (excluding the city) in one of our registration offices or civil venues you can pay your ceremony balance, pre-order your marriage or civil partnership certificate and order confetti, commemorative certificates, guest books and certificate boxes.
If you are getting married at a church, you can pre-order this certificate by visiting pre-order your church marriage certificate.

Payments for these services can be made up to two days ahead of your ceremony. After this point you will need to speak to your local registration office via our Customer Service Team.

What will happen next?
Your request will be sent to the registrar who will get in touch should they require further information. You will also receive an email confirmation of your request. Your certificate will then be posted out to you within seven working days of the ceremony taking place. Please allow a few extra working days after this period for the postal service to deliver your certificates.
