How will you be taking ‘Time Out’ this summer? - A walk in the park?,
- a picnic with friends?, or maybe
- a trip to a theme park?

This week, Nottinghamshire County Teenage Pregnancy Partnership has launched ‘Time Out’ a brand new competition that aims to encourage young people to think about ways they can have fun in their free time safely. |
The summer is a time when many young people will be socialising and spending time with their friends. But it is important to not rush into making decisions, because of pressure from friends such as having sex before you are ready.
There are lots of ways that you can enjoy your summer and to show you care without having sex and Nottinghamshire County Teenage Pregnancy Partnership is holding a summer photography competition to see how you take ‘Time Out’.
The competition is open to all young people aged 13 to 19 living in Nottinghamshire.
To enter, you need to send in a photo that shows fun activities you have taken part in over the summer, along with a caption that emphasizes the message. Photos can be sent either by text, email or post and will then be displayed in an online gallery on the Flickr website www.flickr.com/photos/youthzone. An overall winner will be selected from all the entries to receive a fantastic digital camera.
