Free Condoms

The C:Card scheme allows you to get hold of condoms and lube free of charge. The service is available to all young people aged 13-19 across Nottinghamshire.

If you haven't registered for C:Card:

At registration, you will be asked for your date of birth, and post code. This information is confidential and you can't be traced from it.

You'll have a chat with a C:Card worker who will show you how to put on a condom, and give you information about safer sex. You will then be given a plastic C:Card with your Personal Identification Number on it. You'll be shown the range of C:Card condoms and lube and the C:Card worker will help you select the right ones.

If you've already registered:

You can go to any of the pick-up points across the county displaying the C:Card logo, and show your card. The worker will take down the number from your card and give you your condoms. Simple!

If you want to chat to a C:Card worker in private, you can just ask.

The number of C-Card pick-up points is growing all the time. The best thing to do is to look for places with a sign saying they are a pick-up point. There may be more than those in the areas listed above!
