Gallery guidance for contributors

As a contributor to the Youth Zone, you agree not to upload onto this site:

1. any material that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortuous (wrongful), defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libellous, invasive of another's privacy, fraudulent, misleading or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable.
2. any material or content that could be deemed to be unsuitable for young people aged 13 -18 years old
3. any material that is sexist or discriminates against other people's race, religion, disability, age or gender
4. any material that encourages the abuse of alcohol, solvents, drugs or illegal substances
5. any material that portrays violence, coercion or force of any sort against other individuals
6. any material that infringes copyright of any organisation or individual. Permission must be obtained in writing from the organisation or individual before publication of images, logos or photographs owned by that organisation or individual on to the site
7. any material that could be construed to contradict the County Council's policies on race, disability, equal opportunities and religion
8. any material that could bring the website or the County Council into disrepute
9. any material that contains software viruses or any other computer code, files or programs designed to interrupt, damage, destroy, limit the functionality of or otherwise interfere with any computer software, hardware or telecommunications equipment; or
10. any material which intentionally or unintentionally violates any applicable laws or regulations.

The Youth Zone Administration reserves the right to edit any material including articles submitted for publication that in their opinion violates these terms and conditions.

You agree to indemnify Nottinghamshire County Council, its members, officers and agents against any claim or demand, including reasonable legal fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of any material that you submit, post to or transmit through the Youth Zone, your violation of these rules or your violation of any rights of another.
