The C-Card scheme allows you to get hold of condoms and lube free of charge. The service is available to all young people aged 13-19 across Nottinghamshire.

This is how you register for the C-Card scheme:
At registration, you will be asked for your date of birth and post code. This information is confidential and you can't be traced from it.
You'll have a chat with a C-Card worker who will show you how to put on a condom, and give you information about safer sex. You will then be given a plastic C-Card with your Personal Identification Number on it. You'll be shown the range of C-Card condoms and lube and the C-Card worker will help you select the right ones.
