How to use your reference number:

If you supplied an email address you will receive an email shortly, confirming your appointment and containing your reference number.

Please quote your reference number to make it easier for us to find details of your appointment if you need to contact us about it. However we will still be able to find details of your appointment without it.

You can view the status of your request, amend or cancel your appointment for a full refund at any time up to 12.30pm the day before your appointment by logging into your online account.

What will happen next:

Please note:

• you must securely bag and seal the asbestos in manageable loads, which should only contain asbestos (no wood, glass, rubble etc)
• you must take some form of ID with you to show upon entry to the site (eg driving licence, utility bill, bank statement)
• you will be responsible for off-loading the asbestos from your vehicle without assistance from the site staff
• your appointment is valid for one load only
