We have developed a range of good practice documents to support voluntary transport schemes in Nottinghamshire as part of the Mobility Strategy.
We are developing a 'Quality Standard for Community Transport Providers' and have developed a Statement of Shared Values [PDF 50KB]. This includes standards in key areas such as health and safety, equal opportunities, volunteer management and legal compliance.

Section 19 and Section 22 Permits
There are two types of permit under which Community Transport minibuses can operate: Section 19 Small Bus Permit, and Section 22 Community Minibus Permit. They each offer transport solutions to meet a range of community needs.
