Bus Services Operators Grant

Following the Department for Transport consultation re Bus Services Operators Grant (BSOG), it has been confirmed, subject to the outcome of the consultation, that arrangements regarding ‘Section 19’ operations arrangements will stay the same.

Therefore organisations such as charities or those run on a voluntary basis that operate S19 services will continue to be eligible to claim BSOG as they do now, even if they operate under local authority tender or with grant from local authority.
