If you have any concerns about the state of a road, pavement or cyclepath then we like to know so we can sort it out.

Use our online fault reporting system to let us know about a problem with a road or pavement in the County. If you would prefer to report it over the phone, please call our Customer Service Centre on tel: 0300 500 80 80.

If the problem is with a footpath, bridleway or byway (right of way) please use our right of way problem form.

Please note, the A46 and A1 Trunk Road, M1, A52 and A453 are the responsibility of Aone+. Faults on these roads can be reported directly on tel: 0844 372 8381.
