How to use your reference number:

Please keep a note of the reference number provided in the email you have been sent in-case you need to follow-up this report with us at any stage.

What will happen next:

We aim to have the streetlight inspected by a member of our team within 10 working days. However, various factors including weather, utilities and more urgent defects can often cause delays.

If the light needs a replacement bulb, we will arrange for a maintenance team to visit as soon as possible.

Some streetlight faults will need to be repaired by an electricity company. In these cases it may take longer for repairs to be carried out.

If you have provided an email address, you will be kept up to date with any of the steps below that apply:

  • when the streetlight has been inspected
  • when the streetlight has been repaired
  • if the streetlight has been passed to a third party for repair
  • if the streetlight is being repaired as part of a future improvement scheme.
