How to use your reference number:

Please keep a note of the reference number provided in-case you need to follow-up this report with us at any stage.

What will happen next:

Below are the timescales we will try to inspect issue within. However, various factors including weather, utilities and more urgent defects can often cause delays.

We cannot provide an exact timeframe for when the problem will be fixed as our worklist is continuously reordered based on risk and priority.

Blocked drain or gully

If it is a blocked drain or gully, we will send an inspector to the site within the next 10 working days to determine what work is needed to clear the blockage.

A maintenance team will then be sent to carry out the work.

If there are multiple blockages elsewhere in the drainage system it may also need more substantial works to be carried out and we will try to schedule these within the next few months.

Flooding

In the case of a flooding issue, we will carry out a site visit during the next period of heavy rainfall so our inspectors can assess the problems you have reported. They will then make an assessment on whether any work is required.
