Confirmed Orders and plans
On 8 October 2019 the Secretary of State for Transport, in exercise of his powers under The Highways Act 1980 and The Acquisition of Land Act 1981 confirmed:
- The Nottinghamshire County Council (B684 to A612 Link Road) A6211 Gedling Access Road (Side Roads) Order 2018 (“SRO”); and
- The Nottinghamshire County Council (Gedling Access Road) Compulsory Purchase Order 2018 (“CPO”) (the SRO and CPO together being the “Orders”).
A copy of the Orders as confirmed by the Secretary of State for Transport and of the plans referred to therein are available electronically on this webpage and have been deposited at Nottinghamshire County Council, County Hall, Loughborough Road, West Bridgford, Nottingham NG2 7QP.
