Nottinghamshire County Council - Proud of our past, ambitious for our future

Recycling centre opening hours

28 March 2012

Looking to do some spring cleaning or DIY over Easter? Starting work in the garden and have some green waste to get rid off?

Luckily, Nottinghamshire County Council’s Household Waste Recycling Centres (our 'rubbish tips') will be extending their opening hours from next weekend.

All 14 HWRCs will be open from 8am until 8pm from Sunday 1 April , until the end of September.

The HWRCs are available to all Nottinghamshire residents to dispose of their own waste only.

If you are using a van, pick-up or trailer to take your waste to a tip you will need a permit.

For full details of locations, what the tips can accept and how to apply for a permit see our website.
