Disabled Person's Registration Card

Disabled Person's Registration Card

The Disabled Persons' Registration Card was introduced in Nottinghamshire in 2008 in order to support people who have a disability which is not obvious to others, but who might need to use facilities provided for disabled people.

The card, leaflet and application form have all been redesigned and eligibility will be extended to young people under the age of 18 years. The card will be free for applicants up until their 18th birthday.
