Discussing things face-to-face
The County Council offers a number of ways for you to get in touch about our services including:
We understand that some people prefer to discuss things face to face, so we also have a number of Customer Service Points around the county where customers can talk to advisors in person.
Our Customer Service Points team are able to offer support, help and advice on the following services:
- Concessionary bus passes
- Streetlight and pothole fault reporting
- Blue Car Badge applications
- Special Access Permits
- Waste and recycling.
Our Customer Service Points are changing
We’re changing the way we provide face-to-face customer services to provide a more convenient, one-stop service and to save money by working together with district councils.
From Monday 31 March 2014, look out for our new Customer Service Points, jointly run with district councils.
