Customer Service Points

If you wish to talk to an advisor in person, call in at one of our "high street" Customer Service Points which offer:

  • one-to-one advice and information on all Council services and those of partner organisations, including:
    • Borough/district councils
    • Primary Care Trusts - to assist with health care enquiries
    • Pensions Service (Department of Work and Pensions) - to offer advice and information on pensions.
  • confidentiality
  • assistance with form completion and verification of documents for Nottinghamshire County Council services.
