On Wednesday 6 September the UK's biggest free-to-attend cycle race is coming to Nottinghamshire. Stage 4 of the OVO energy Tour of Britain will start in Mansfield and follow a 175km route through Nottinghamshire to finish in Newark-on-Trent.
Around 20 teams from all over the world will take part and we would like as many schools as possible to get involved.
We have two fantastic competitions for pupils to enter, one to design the starting flag and one to design the trophy that will be presented to the Stage 4 winner. There will also be a prize for the school and runners up.
For more information and competition details please download the Tour of Britain Resource Pack [PDF].
If you want to get involved and support the OVO energy Tour of Britain 2017, please let us know about your plans using the form.
We can help publicise your activities, events and artwork in celebration of Stage 4 of the race and help share the fun and excitement. And don't forget to share your pictures on Twitter using the hashtag #NottsTOB.
