The SEND Local Offer website brings together information and services all in one place to help support children and young people from 0 to 25 years old, with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) and their families.
The website has recently had a revamp and now includes useful information about things to do, education, getting around, preparing for adulthood, health and social care, short breaks, and the young people’s zone.
