Church Street, Sturton le Steeple. This memorial is situated within the church and is of brass upon an oak backboard and has the following inscription :- 'To the glory of God and in honoured memory of the following Sturton men who laid down their lives in the great War 1914-1919 (23 names) greater love hath no man than this.'
