He was the son of Arthur and Eliza Dominic and the brother of Arthur, Cecil, Gladys, Doris, Edna and Walter Dominic. In 1911 they lived at 10 Cardwell Terrace Nottingham Nottingham. He was the husband of May Florence (née Bleazard) Dominic of 35 Hague Street Old Radford. He was the father of Percy Dominic.
He was associated with Old Radford Mission, Castle Gate Congregational Church.
