Arts - taking part

Besides our programme of performances we offer a huge range of activities and events in which you can take part.

It doesn't matter whether you're an interested individual, a member of a community group, inexperienced or an expert - all you need is your enthusiasm and a willingness to have a go. As well as being lots of fun, you'll get the chance to try some new activities, learn new skills, and develop your talents.

Events take place all year round throughout the county.

Theatre

Are you a theatre lover? Why not volunteer to help with the front of house activities at Stages events?
It involves taking tickets, selling programmes and looking after the audience.
It's an opportunity to gain valuable front of house experience as well as customer service skills - and of course you get to watch the show for free!
Education workshops to accompany the Stages programme are also available to schools and colleges.

Scene from Coriolanus by Royal Shakespeare Company.
Interested in volunteering or like to arrange a workshop?
Find out more about Stages, or e-mail: sue.beresford@nottscc.gov.uk
