• renew items already on loan to you
• "My Favourites" [for new stock of interest to you]

• change your PIN.

Your library user ID is the number on your library card (only the D and first 8 numbers - ignore the last 2). Your PIN provides extra security. It can be obtained from any library. Just show your library card to a member of staff and you will be given a PIN - you may also be asked for another form of identity as well. This is the same PIN that you need to use other computer-based services in libraries.
