In June 2006, Nottinghamshire County Council signed a 26 year PFI Waste Management Contract with the UK’s leading waste management company, Veolia Environmental Services.

The overall Contract is in two parts, called Contract A and Contract B. Both Contracts are sub-divided into 47 separate Schedules, each encompassing a different element of the Contract. In order to make the document manageable for the internet, we have grouped the Schedules together in blocks of 10.
This version of the Contracts, together with the Outline and Final Business Cases have had specific information redacted (removed) as this information is exempt from publication as it is commercially sensitive or contains personal information. The information redacted will be reviewed by the County Council over time.
