Thank you for bearing with us during the problems with the intranet – we’re working hard to resolve the issues.
Recognising the frustrations people are experiencing with the intranet, ICT Services redoubled their efforts to resolve the problems.
The problems appear to be caused by conflicts between the Intranet software and the Council’s hardware, like the servers.
To help track the status of the intranet, an updated recorded message will be added to the ICT Service desk – just

Accessing email
If you have a problem trying to access your email through the intranet, you can add a direct link to email services in your browser - simply click on the relevant link below, choose "Favorites" then "Add to Favorites" (in Internet Explorer 8)

http://email.nottscc.gov.uk/mail/redirect.nsf/inotes?OpenAgent&ui=inotes_lite? - Please note you will need your email password to log in, rather then your normal computer log in.
For Outlook web access go to:
https://exchange.nottscc.gov.uk/owa/ - The password is your normal computer password.
